1. Seller

2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern distance sales concluded on this website between the Seller and any person buying as a consumer ("the Customer"). Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of the terms in force on the day of the order.
3. Products
The essential features of the products are shown on the product page. Photographs are illustrative. The products are wellness devices, not medical treatment devices.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros, including applicable taxes (VAT), excluding shipping. Shipping costs and, where applicable, non-EU customs duties are shown before the order is confirmed. The Seller may change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Ordering
The Customer selects products, checks the cart, enters their details and confirms the order by clicking the payment button. The order is binding once payment is received. A confirmation email is sent. The Seller may refuse an order in case of an existing dispute, suspected fraud or unavailability of the product.
6. Payment
Payment is due at the time of the order, using the means offered at checkout. Transactions are secured by the payment provider. The Seller does not store any bank details.
7. Delivery
Products are delivered to the address given by the Customer. Delays are indicative and communicated at checkout. If delivery has not occurred within 30 days of the order, the Customer may terminate the contract under the conditions of article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code. The Customer must check the parcel on receipt and make any reservation to the carrier; they may also write to us as soon as possible.
8. Right of withdrawal
Under articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. The decision is notified by any unequivocal statement (form available on the "Withdrawal" page, or email). The Customer returns the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying withdrawal. Direct return costs are borne by the Customer unless stated otherwise. The Seller refunds all sums paid, including standard delivery costs, no later than 14 days after being informed of the decision, and may defer the refund until the goods are received. The Customer is liable for any loss of value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and proper functioning.
9. Legal guarantees
The Seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). The Customer has 2 years from delivery of the goods to act under the guarantee of conformity, and may choose between repair and replacement, subject to the cost conditions provided by law, or otherwise between a price reduction and termination of the contract. During this period the defect is presumed to have existed at delivery. Contact customer service for any request.
10. Liability
The Seller is not liable for use that does not comply with the manual. Information on the shop does not constitute medical advice. Perceived results vary from person to person.
11. Intellectual property
All content on the shop (texts, images, logos) is protected. Reproduction without authorization is prohibited.
12. Personal data
Data is processed in accordance with the privacy policy.
13. Mediation and disputes
In case of dispute, the Customer may contact our customer service. Failing an amicable solution, they may use the consumer mediator free of charge: Consumer mediator: provider's name and website have not yet been confirmed by AMAL CLOTHES. 14. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the Customer's country of residence. Sales outside France remain subject to any local duties and taxes.
